CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All Website Design and Search Engine Optimization Services require 50% of the estimated project cost in advance (non-refundable) and the balance upon acceptance of product but prior to upload to your server. For all projects less than $800, I require 100% payment (non-refundable) before services can commence. The 50% balance payment is due not later than 10 days after project completion. After 10 days, your project may be deleted, you will be considered in default of contract and you agree that no refund will be issued.
I have these policies to ensure that we both understand expectations of each other. I have many projects back to back so when your project is complete I would like to receive payment and upload your project to your sever as soon as possible. When I am working on your project, you expect my full attention and so does the client after you. I appreciate your understanding.
